Real Talk, Real Tools, Real Change.

Find tools to handle stress, build stronger connections, and get back to feeling like yourself.

How can counselling help you?

At Evan Vukets Counselling, I help men bridge traditional masculinity with emotional depth.

We do this without jargon, judgment, or the pressure to be “fixed.”

I meet you where you’re at, if you are hardworking, over-logical, burned out, quietly overwhelmed, or feeling stuck.

Together, we’ll take a grounded, solution-focused approach that helps you manage stress, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.

Anxiety & Stress

When stress piles up, it doesn’t just stay in your head. it shows up in your body, your relationships, and your work.

Depression & Disconnection

Often as men we are trained to carry heavy emotions in silence. This can leave us feeling isolated and even more stuck.

Relationship Struggles

When you’re shut down or overwhelmed, it can create distance in the connections that matter most. Eggshells or anger often are created from simply not having the tools to effectively communicate.

Performance Pressure

Your mental health affects how you show up in all areas of life. At work, at home, and in the goals you set for yourself.

About Evan

I’m Evan Vukets, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in Abbotsford, BC. I specialize in working with men who, on the outside, seem driven and successful yet inside feel burned out, disconnected, or stuck on autopilot.

My approach is practical and collaborative. I don’t believe in “fixing” people. Instead, I create a grounded space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and start moving toward real, lasting change.

Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, relationship struggles, or just feeling like you’ve lost your sense of self, I’ll walk alongside you with tools, perspective, and support tailored to your life.
