For current clients, you are welcome to follow me on Facebook, Linked In, or Instagram, to receive updates and resources. But please note that, to protect your privacy and maintain professional boundaries, I do not follow or add clients back on social media. This ensures your confidentiality and helps keep our counselling relationship secure.

Your information is safeguarded in line with BCACC Standards of Clinical Practice and BC privacy law (PIPA).
